Our chef earned his stripes in the kitchens of the famous gourmet restaurant Le Beluga in Maastricht (two Michelin stars).
An admirer of the French culinary tradition, Servé Vromen settled in France in 2012. He came to the Royal Mougins after working with Jacques Chibois in Grasse.
