GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clients ( non-members living outside the Royal Mougins Golf Club) are requested to make a reservation at least three days before the desired date for a treatment or coaching session. Hotel guests benefit from free access to the health club, sauna, Turkish bath, pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation space. Therapies, on the other hand, will be payable.

All persons from 21 years are considered like an adult.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Swimsuits must be worn in mixed areas. We highly recommend that men, who have made a reservation for a facial, shave before arrival. It is recommended that you arrive at the Spa-reception at least 20 minutes in advance. This punctuality is essential to guarantee you an atmosphere of harmony.

Our Spa Manager and her team are at your disposal to create your personal "menu".

The minimum age to enter into the Royal Spa is 16 years old. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an appointment, we kindly request you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance, as otherwise you will be invoiced for the complete cost of the treatment (a credit card will be requested to guarantee your appointment at the time of reservation, except for hotel clients and golf club members)

We advise you to remove any valuable item and to leave them in the individual lockers. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit to the Royal Spa.

We also like to remind you to switch off your mobile phone upon arrival in the Spa area and that smoking is strictly forbidden inside.
